That means we guarantee your product will continue to meet the lead equivalency specified at the time of purchase for 10 years, when installed and used as intended.

If a product fails to meet the stated lead equivalency during the warranty period (and all activation requirements are met), we will repair, replace, or refund the product at our discretion.

1-Year Manufacturing Defect Warranty


In addition to long-term shielding performance, we warrant our products against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship for 1 year from delivery.

Code & Specification Compliance Guarantee


If you provide accurate and complete shielding requirements, we guarantee the products we manufacture will meet:


  • The stated lead equivalency
  • Applicable code requirements
  • The specifications shown on your sales order or invoice


If a qualifying product does not meet those requirements, we will replace or refund it if the warranty activation was completed.

Simple Warranty Activation (Required)


To activate your warranty coverage:


  1. Install the product in its final location
  2. Email sales@leadglasspro.com with:
    • At least one clear photo of the installed product (two preferred)
    • Your order or invoice number
    • The project name


This ensures your warranty is fully documented and tied to the correct project.
