Shipping Times: Fabrication and shipping times are estimates. We usually ship MRI windows in three to four weeks.

Terms: Fabrication begins when you place an order. You will be unable to change your order once placed. Placing an order acts as a verification that you have chosen the right size and quantity and accept the product description.

Fragility: As glass is a fragile item, your order should be inspected immediately upon receipt with the delivery driver present. Do not sign the waiver or bill of lading before inspection. If the driver fails to comply add a note to the bill of lading, stating, “possible concealed damage, pending inspection”.

Receiving Instructions: Glass deliveries are insured as long as you follow protocols and handle glass crating with care. When handling glass, be sure to wear protective safety gear and non-slip glass handling gloves.
